Hi! I'm Catherine Ourique

I'm a Brazilian programmer and researcher with a background in physics and astrophysics. During my academic development, I worked extensively with the extraction, manipulation, and analysis of large astronomical datasets. My Ph.D. research focused on numerical methods to simulate biological cell dynamics.

Currently, I'm a full-stack software engineer, specialized in web applications. For backend development, I primarily use Python with frameworks such as Flask, Django, and FastAPI. On the frontend, I utilize JavaScript, working with Vue and Nuxt.js or React and Next.js frameworks. I also enjoy working with ETL processes and web scraping.
